Normally we do not look inwards, it's only when an #emotion rises and overpowers us in it's expression then we are forced to reflect.
You say, OMG!! how did I scream? Is it really me?. Then our #ego constructs a story to make mind believe that it's not really me but the circumstances and the people around who caused the devil to snare out.
Ego is master in deceptive game of delusion and we fall prey as we always do. This time know that all that volcanic waste that you release is all your internal matter and not an iota of it is from the outside world. It is your material and it is your responsibility to get rid of it. Either spew it on you or people around you and suck the life out of them or you have a choice.
You can choose to release it all in meditation with the grace of a master. Learn sudarshan kriya, practice. Learn sahaj samadhi #meditation, practice. Live a life where you support life within you and around you.<div class="blogger-post-footer"><script type="text/javascript"><!--

अक्सर देखा गया है कि जो हमारे पास है हम वही देते हैं। जैसे हमारे पास सुख है तो वही बाँट सकते हैं, दुःख है तो वही बाँट सकते हैं।
लेकिन जब हम देते हैं तो बिना मतलब का परेशान होते हैं की, अरे!! मैं कैसे ग़ुस्सा हो गया, मैं कैसे चिल्लाया? मेरे अंदर इतना ग़ुस्सा कहाँ से आया?
सब नाटक है। खुद ग़ुस्से की बोरियाँ भर के ढो रहे हो और पता भी नहीं हैं।खुद को दूध का धुला मान कर ऐसे अनजान बनते हैं जैसे कुछ हवा ही नहीं। नकारने से असली चेहरा छुपता नहीं, उसका नुक़सान खुद को और अपने परिवार जनो को ही होता है।
उस नुक़सान से बचने के लिए और खुद के जीवन को आनंद से भरने के लिए न्योता देता हूँ।
सुदर्शन क्रिया और सहज समाधि ध्यान सीखो और ख़ुशहाली से हल्के चलते रहो ...

The shata chandi homa had just concluded in art of living international ashram in Bangalore in continuation for celebration of 9 days of navratri (honoring and invoking mother divine in her various forms).</div>

He was hungry. He left the pandal and the broken plastic chair behind. When he entered the packed pandal he only desired to find a chair to sit. Within few steps he saw a lady moving a chair from where it was to another location. The chair was empty. He just looked around and their were no claimant to it. It’s right support was broken. He did not care as he could now sit cross legged. The Vedic chants from Devi mahatmyam transcended him to another world.</div>

The master stopped, stood still, moment froze. The cool shades of master looked towards him as if to catch the lie but then the compassion overrode and Gurudev’s left hand went behind. A shawl came but he ignored. Then a garland came and he passed on to him.</div>

The Green Line was launched and I was waiting for an opportunity to jump into Namma Metro.</div>

Finally the opportunity came in one afternoon when I had a meeting in MG Road.</div>

Google Map helped locate Yelachenahalli to be about 2 Kms from Brigade gardenia in JP Nagar 7th phase. Took the following route to walk to the metro. Heard that parking situation was pathetic and did not have will to negotiate with autowallahs.</div>

Suddenly had encounter with two well built eunuch who blocked my way, one bypassed by sending a gesture, other one pinched beside shoulder, gave an abuse as I refused to pay them. Why can’t they work hard and make a decent living instead of wasting life with sexual innuendoes?</div>

Stepped into Yelachenahalli station after a security person frisking me for God knows what. Stood in the ticket queue.</div>

Had read in newspaper about ticket queues being very long and a varshik card which gave discount (12.5%) on every ride. So when the turn came in bought one. If you specify a top up of INR 200 then they will charge you INR 250, guess INR 50 is fees for card.</div>

So far had built the assumption that green line goes directly to MG road and was confused on the platform so enquired with security lady there, she was kind enough to explain that you will have to change over in Majestic as trains here go directly to Nagasandra. At Majestic I will have to get one going to Baiyappanahalli.</div>

A metro was incoming on other platform and had a lady driver. The security person explained that it will come back on this platform after changing tracks.</div>

Joy was bubbling from within and I was on selfie mode. There was another family with young girl who was also in photo shoot mood.</div>

The person next to me was smiling and the elderly gentleman on other side was sitting facing his beloved and displaying his back to me for long time.</div>

The view from top was awesome with streaks of trees on RV road.</div>

The metro went underground around Chickpet and then I alighted at Majestic. Then the mad rush begun to find out the next platform to catch train to Baiyappanahalli. After taking a series of escalators and almost reaching exit of station and with continous support of security personals manning each escalators and helping passengers with direction reached the platform.</div>

Then saw the video of how to enter and exit from the metro. Got down at Trinity. Walked to opposite direction from where I was supposed to go and then had to return back. Crossing the road is real pain on MG Road.</div>

Back to return journey. Now being a veteran of one trip sailed to the correct platform in no time. There the security lady was helping people stand in queue as it was shown in the video.</div>

So the idea is for the passengers to come out in straight line to alight. Passengers getting in come in two queues from either side of the gate. The security lady was urging people not to run here and there in train and find a seat in their direction only.</div>

It was interesting to see people of all backgrounds, age and gender being taught the queue civic sense by a fragile young security lady.</div>

I was first in queue and was scared that people may push me on track but when Metro arrived only one person broke the queue from the side and rest followed through.</div>

This time no luck to get sitting view so enjoyed the view outside standing and taking support of sturdy steel pipes overhead.</div>

There were a bunch of youths on left hand side and one of them was standing in front of couple of girls on right hand side. And some form of light eve teasing was on with the left set of boys commenting on the right boy and leading into useless laughter. The girls glued to their mobile all the while.</div>

It was heartening to see a young lady with kid giving seat to an old man with too much in his hands. The techie beside with seat was too late to offer his seat. Young ones were accommodated in between the those with seats. The techie compensated by offering his mobile services to some query from old man.</div>

Got down at Yelachenahalli and took the other route to walk back. It had rained and was a challenge to find an agreeable footpath amongst other users of the road.</div>

Loved the first Namma Bengaluru Metro ride. Its a boon to all having offices in central or eastern or northern part of city and residing in south Bangalore.</div>

They become lazy and lame in fields, dwindling wherever the slopes takes them. Seems directionless but always seeking the lowest point.</div>

The clouds come over fields again. </div>

Little drops of hope arrive from sky. Instill little vibrations inside.</div>

Little drops of freshness touch the rivers in fields. It fills them with burst of energies and flood them again. Eager to find the source of all this love that clouds have showered on them. The clouds have gathered the love from the ocean and carried them to far off land.</div>

What will happen to you?</div>

You will search for your father. </div>

Then the colors of fair might attract you and you will be lost in them for a while. </div>

Nothing is permanent. </div>

The commitment in engagement with the world is the same but in longing the seeking is inwards and actions are directed outwards towards betterment of the world.</div>

The mind jumps from one end to another hoping to find the end soon.</div>

This knowledge can lead to being<br />

I am married, yet I am not<br />

This world has some aspects which are real and some which are lies.<br />

This mind is full of lies, so many times the thoughts have betrayed us, yet we keep relying on it.<br />

Love is the biggest lie.<br />
Daily spiritual practices are lie.<br />
Every thought born in mind is lie.<br />

Each of our question is a lie.<br />

How do lies help in leading a truthful, fulfilling life?<br />
If this knowledge is handled with care then it can take you to the realm from which Gurudev takes over.<br />
A space where only <b><u><i>faith</i></u></b> can help you float once plunged.<br />
A stroll in unknown can only be guided by someone who has been there.<br />

You will exhaust if you get stuck in lies.<br />
So you look inside, constructing path in unknown depths using only bricks and mortar of faith and trust.<br />
You stabilize, become still for a while.<br />
Then you are again in world of lies, only difference being that now you are unstuck, detached.<br />

The ratio is 10:90 of outwards:inwards.<br />

Yesterday Gurudev gave true insight into lies that are the root cause of our anger.<br />
Today morning Nakul continues the thread and we found some truth about the lies that have mislead us.<br />

Nakul ended the story that was first heard from Swami Pragyanand ji Maharaj.<br />
<br />
A man was standing at a square. He did not know which turn to take. He saw two strangers walking towards him and then by passed him. While they neared he overheard their conversation from which he picked the direction which he wanted to take. So <b><u><i>Guru Tatva</i></u></b> is that principle via which an answer is found for a question which is not even asked. The man did not ask the question, yet he got the answer.<br />

So if you think that Guru is just the physical presence then its a lie. And Gurudev was saying the truth when he said I am a lie.<br />

The unknowable, unseeable makes its presence felt.<br />

The knowledge gets a new definition. A definition without basis, without effort.<br />

A skill simply is born. Simply appears. Simply is there.<br />

And your fundamentals break, scatter. You are let groping in dark, again searching for light.<br />

The journey restarts. The quest re-begins.<br />

How else can you explain how intuition process works.<br />

A little background.<br />
Around a year back <a href="http://srisriravishankar.org/" target="_blank">Gurudev</a> introduced <a href="http://www.artofliving.org/in-en/intuition-process" target="_blank">Intuition process</a> as an art of living program to develop the sixth sense or the intuitive abilities in children in age group 8-18.<br />

Immediately diverse results from children at various age started coming along. Some developed music, some sports skills, some could heal and some could go past and in future and predict with impossible accuracy.<br />

I also got a chance to witness to second such program yesterday. Now they have opened the program for age group 5-8 also.<br />

For the age group 5-8 the first day is for 1 hour. On second day, parents are allowed to come after 30 mins. I too entered as parent and was bewildered to see what kids could do blindfolded.<br />

How can I decide when I want to be enlighten?<br />

Gadhi was a pious brahmana who once lived in Kosala. He went to the forest and meditated for 8 months. When Lord Vishnu appeared he granted him the boon to observe maya as he would and disappeared. He contemplated on the boon.<br />
<br />
One morning Gadhi went to the river and took a dip while praying. As he was under water he found that he was dead and leaving his body. Everyone was grieving around him. He moved on and entered the womb of a tribal women. He was born as Katanja, a fierce tribesman who had got married and had many children. There was a famine in the village and all his children and friends died one by one. He got frustrated and left the village.<br />
<br />
He reached the Kingdom of Kira where the King had died without heir and the royal elephant was searching for next King. The elephant lifted him and he was made the King Gavala who ruled for 8 years.<br />
<br />
One day King Gavala got up early and unadorned in royal dress went out for a walk like simpleton. A group of tribesmen were singing a tribal melody. He picked the tuned and started to hum. An elder tribesman recognized him and proclaimed "Hey Katanja, am delighted to see you, long time".<br />
<br />
By then everyone relaized that they were ruled by a lowly tribal and created a large pyre and immersed themselves in it. Even Katanja felt that death is better than life. Dishonored he offered his body to flames.<br />
<br />
Gadhi came out of water gasping for breath. He was confused at this vision and thought it to be trick of the mind. As he reached home he found a Brahmana traveller looking for a place to stay. He welcome him and asked him why did he looked so worn. The traveller said he was coming from a kingdom in north which was ruled by a tribal and many people killed themselves feeling polluted. I too have been fasting to release ill effects of this pollution and am breaking the fast today.<br />
<br />
Gadhi was lost. Next day he went north and first found his tribal village with bones around. On enquiry the villagers told the story of Katanja. Then he moved on to Kira and the people there talked about King Gavala who ruled them 12 years ago.<br />
<br />
Confused Gadhi meditated and prayed to Lord Vishnu.<br />
Lord Vishnu came along and asked him, now what? Gadhi enquired about what he saw.<br />

<i>Sometimes its possible to many people to witness the same dream. They participate in it as if it were they. This hallucination is creation of the mind.</i> So even though it may be true that all these people may have appeared in past and participated in those events you may/may not have been center of those worlds. <i>Now meditate for 10 years and you will come out of all these hallucinations.</i></blockquote>

<i>When the mind is integrated, focused, it is then truth appears. Truth in the form of Lord Vishnu. This generally happens in puja/prayer, in meditation.</i></blockquote>

<i>When the entire YOU is offered as offering to the puja. When the COMPLETE YOU does the puja, only then reality appears. Until then its the scattered mind, all over the place. Walking from one illusion to another.</i></blockquote>

Its like a table full of laptop, notebooks, pen stand, etc., flooded with items essential for daily work to happen. You need them when you work. In प्रवृत्ति pravarti you need them. When you are participate in world you need them.<br />
<blockquote class="tr_bq">
<i>but you don't need them in निवृत्ति /nivratti, when you retreat inside, go in. Even knowledge has to be discarded while going in. All items on tables are useless while going in. Just swipe them away and empty the table. Discard all and enquire what comes up during retreat, during meditations.</i> </blockquote>

<i>If you feel something and be something, enquire it, observe. Keep throwing them away like jackets. Jackets have a purpose in cold chilly outside world but inside makes no sense. Even this body makes no meaning during retreat, like a jacket discard it, move on from body consciousness.</i> </blockquote>

<i><b>Once you have discarded all then what remains is reality, the real you, the truth.</b></i></blockquote>
And it can happen only in meditation. And the meditation is the only self-effort you need. Everything else is secondary, add-on. Primary is your self-effort, self-enquiry. There YOU can decide when to become enlighten.<br />

The subtle combo of mind+intellect+memory+ego runs in self-feeding cycle.<br />
<br />
Ego brings forth the I-ness.<br />
Ego nudges the memory to bring into focus an incident/situation in which it triumphs or suffers. Memory nudges the intellect to argue on the situation. Intellect creates the argument and prepares the mind to have the argument. The mind comes into existence with the thoughts germinated in the intellect. The thoughts hail or destruct the ego. And the journey of life begins. You are born.<br />
<br />
Why are you born?<br />
A little story.<br />
Once Vishnu was in BrahmaLok and everyone came forth to welcome him except Sanath Kumar. When you get "don't care" in dispassion then its arrogance. Vishnu sensed this and cursed SanathKumar to spent one lifetime on Earth as punishment, as a journey to dissipate this arrogance/egoness. At that moment SanathKumar also cursed Vishnu to spent a lifetime on Earth while he was there and so Shree Ram was born.<br />
<br />
So tell me why were you born? hmm..<br />
<br />
Even Vishnu is sport enough to participate in this Game of life. So what makes you abhor it?<br />
<br />
Heres one more story for your musings.<br />
Once Demons Guru's Shukracharya mother (Rishi Bhrigu's wife) was protecting them and they could not be defeated so the Angels went and seeked Vishnu's help. Vishnu killed Brigu's wife and angels could defeat the Demons again. But Bhrigu grieved in the loss and cursed Vishnu that the pain that I am going through even you will go through on Earth. And thus Sita was separated from Shree Ram. <br />
<br />
I-dent-ity == I --> DENT --> इति (the end)<br />
Meditation is denting the I and bring it to an end. The entire life is given to fulfil this mission.<br />
Even the above denting of ego definition was born in the morning Sadhana (Sahaj Samadhi meditation + Padma Sadhana + Sudarshan Kriya + Pranayamas + Surya Namaskars in reverse order).<br />
<br />
Ego is about creating an identity. A definition based on certain like/dislike at that point in time. So you become that definition.<br />
<br />
My definition at this point in time could be "I am very sensitive, don't like loud music, abhor non-veg, feel pity for people who smoke/drink liquor, life without Guru would be meaningless".<br />
<br />
My definition of my ego at college days could be "I like blaring music into my headphones, a smoke here and there is fine, Nature is my Guru and I don't need any human intervention".<br />
<br />
Ego likes shrinking, creating separation, building boundaries, limiting expression.<br />
<br />
Egolessness is about destroying these likes/dislikes. Its about expansion, union, breaking barriers, unlimited expression.<br />
<br />
<i>Experiencing the infinite in this finite form is no mind (free mind).</i><br />
<br />
There you need a little hand holding, because you are getting into a realm which is beyond. That is why you need a Guru, a master to take you across this river. A river sometimes serene and sometimes on fire. The source of this river like mind is ego. The journey of the river is this life. The destination is one more attempt to merge with the ocean of consciousness. But if the waves of arrogance continue in the ocean then they evaporate and form clouds, hit the mountains and become source of river again. And the cycle continues.<br />
