बेटी के जन्मदिन के उपहार, आपके कहाँ हैं ? क्या आपको लगता है की यह समय जो आपको, इस पृथ्वी  पर मिला है, वह एक  उपहार है ? क्या आपको  लगता है की जो साँस आप लेते हो, वह भी एक उपहार है ? क्या आपको लगता है की यह लयबद्ध दिल की धड़कने भी एक उपहार हैं ? क्या आपको लगता है कि यह शरीर जो आपको मिला है, एक उपहार है ? क्या आपको यह भी लगता है कि यह पेड़, वायु, पर्वत, सूर्य , चन्द्रमा,... यह सब भी उपहार हैं? क्या ऐसा  लगता है की यह सारी सृष्टि आपके लिए रचा कर, आपको उपहार रूप मैं समर्पित है? जब आपको उपहार मिलता है तो आप क्या करते हो? मुंह लटका के तो नहीं बैठते हो, हैना? आप उछलते हो, कूदते हो, चिल्लाते हो, हँसते हो, रोते हो, कई रूप मैं अपनी कृत्यज्ञता व्यक्त करते हो, करते हो की नहीं? अहा!, ओह्हो!, मैं आपका धन्यभागी हूँ, मैं अपना आभार कैसे व्यक्त करूँ , आप कितने दयालु हो, आपने मेरे बारे मैं सोचा, कब से मैं इसका इंतज़ार कर रही थी,  मैं सरे जीवन भर आपको याद करूंगी, आप कितने दिलदार हो, मुझसे यह ख़ुशी समाय नहीं संभलती , मुझे पता नहीं मैं क्या कहूँ ... वगैरह वगैरह  ...

Why is passion not understood well? What is passion? Is passion destructive to spiritual growth? Is passion one sided road to hell? Passion can confuse. When you work in the world you will get into many types of people. Some intelligent and some foolish. A misguided passion/जोश may want you to be jealous of intelligent and make mockery of the foolish. Jealousy could lead to unhealthy competition. Mockery could further dip their morale. In your drive to success become aware of what you ransack. Your bulldozing attitude may have been hard earned but may not be the way of success. Success happens when you gain and everybody around you also gain. It is not when other around you are crushed. Their evolution is as much your responsibility as theirs. Learning happens when you are free. If you are attached to a belief or a system of predefined procedures then learning will not be easy on you. You will be strained beyond your means and there will be tremoundous effort on your faculties to get into the rhythym of learning. Its like playing musical chairs. You are attentive to the music. You are attentive to the chairs and people ahead and behind you. Yet you dont stumble, hit or slip away. You are there and you are flowing to a rhythym. You are focused and your body and mind complex is continously adapting to the changing environs. You are nerves but you are constructive and have a smile on your face. An idea exchane is an event in which ideas are spoken as well as heard. Its not the metro heading towards you in full steam and crushing you under its weight. why is it difficult to speak up? why is it difficult to be assertive? Why do we consider Indians to be safe player who worry a lot about maintaining and upkeeping of relationship and mostly fearig the consequences that may have a negative impact on their relationship according to their point of view. It is a perception that is negative. It is the perception that asking questions is bad. It is the belief system that puts heiarchy as supreme and forces an assumption that people senior have to be respected and listened to despite their ideas. I am only asking you to question the ideas if that donot make sense to you. Do not question the originator of the idea, he is beyond your circle of influence. The action and the questions are in your circle of influence. Your thought process and articulation strategy is exclusive to you. No one can replicate it. You can develop it or demolish it. It's your discretion. Your conviction should give you courage. Your courage should overcome your fear...

The objective should be clear. The roadmap should be in sight and best practices along with the set processes should be in place if one needs to seriously pursue one's dream. Apply the principles learned in books and internet. Find the gaps and strengthen them. Don’t get into the habit of simply learning and getting thrilled. Learn to burn rubber on the tar and feel the heat. Lets take example of any of the idea conceived in the past. Where do they stand in terms of progress? Do you simply want to be a idea generator and feel good about it? Where is the process of taking these ideas to market or to repeat a process if one comes out with newer ideas? Innovation is a repetitive process and to put it into practice you need well defined process. You need learning's of past captured as a best practice so that you reduce the effort of future.
