The gravitational waves were detected by LIGO. They predicted that it came from a violent incident billion of light years ago.  A confirmation of something which Einstein had theorised a century ago. I wonder at construction of  LIGO, the instrument which has measured this phenomenon. The key to LIGO's success is its ability to be sensitive even with so much noise around. The earth, atmosphere, Sun and all cause so much noise to distract it from hearing what it was meant to hear. And scores of scientists spent years of effort and governments spent millions to make it so that it can hear. Hear what it was made to hear, ignore noise. We too have a similar instrument called mind. It is meant to hear the gravitational waves. It can stretch and compress, move in multi-dimension. But most of the while it is lost in the noise. I am not rock, James Rock. I don't hurt nor people throw me around. Rather they settle down on me. Some hold my hands, some just drop their weight onto me, some swing and glide before settle and sing song on me. They all come to me because they like to move to and fro. They cannot be still. I let them move so that something in them settles. I was born long time ago in the great human mind of probably Benjamin Franklin. Some say it could be before but I don't recall. I am just a little chair that can hold you like your mother when you were infant. She rocked you in her arms. I rock you in my lap. Tired and lost Fresh and bubbly low or high contemplative or chatter morning or night take a small flight to and fro wavering and then settle down I am your little rocking chair, in your garden, balcony or living room, matching or in contrast, waiting for you.

It was a chance meeting with Dr. Divya (fondly called as chechi).  She stays in art of living ashram @ bangalore but was on a friendly visit to Ragini's house post our volunteer's meet. Bala insisted to take a quick shower and come into volunteers meet post Guru Puja. What unfolded was unexpected, pleasant and shocking? A path resetting exercise if you wish.  We had rare opportunity to hear Chechi/Ragini/Pawan in unison in Guru Puja followed by heart rendering bhajan from Ragini. Dr Divya ji spoke at length and here are some drops of knowledge for you too. Mind loves games and deception. It gets trained to like sadness and becomes master in duping you to believe that sadistic is its nature. Where is shiv ? It is said that the entire universe is materialisation of one shiv sankalp (thought). But what happened to the creator after the world was created on his behest. Did he disappear? Did he hide? Is he dormant? शिव कहाँ हैं? कैसे हैं ? कौन हैं? कहते हैं यह सृस्टि एक शिव संकल्प का परिणाम है. लेकिन फिर वह कहाँ चले गए या फिर यहीं कहीं हैं, छुपे बैठे हैं। It is said that it is in everything but its not everything.  it can be found only via Guru (an enlightened master). Lets talk about a couple who stays in apartment in a modern city like Bangalore. Its a young working couple with a new born baby and a caretaker. A caretaker who comes in at 5:30 AM in the morning and goes back at 9:30 PM in the night. Why they need a caretaker? Because they don't want/know to cook don't have time to maintain their house don't have time to rear the baby earn heavily before they become old add your reasons here Who is the caretaker? She stays in the nearby locality where most low income people reside.  How come the caretaker family are so close to a posh locality? They are not close. Its the builder who got cheap mango groves near their locality for peanuts and converted into series of high rise apartment complex, creating a neighbourhood of disparity. Who is caretaker's husband?
